We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Hair and Beauty Awards. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
